CivicLayer Digital is operated by Braun International B.V., Charlevillehof 14, 5627 DH Eindhoven, Netherlands. These Terms apply to use of this website and the educational materials made available through the platform.

2. Educational purpose

The platform provides general educational content about workplace digital competencies, including remote collaboration, workflow organisation, digital communication and basic information handling. The materials are designed for learning and practice and do not constitute consulting, regulated professional advice, recruitment, job placement or career coaching with guaranteed outcomes.

3. Programme descriptions and pricing

Programme pages describe the intended learning scope, access period, modules, practice material and any included live sessions. Main learning paths may start at approximately 350 CAD. Learners should review the current programme page for exact inclusions and any applicable charges before registration.

4. Practice materials and scenarios

Sample messages, task systems, spreadsheets, shared files and workplace situations may be simplified or fictionalised for teaching. They are not intended to reproduce a learner's employer policies or to serve as operational instructions for high-stakes decisions.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

Completion of a programme does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary changes, increased income, certification recognition by an employer or any other professional outcome.

6. Personal educational use

Unless otherwise stated, original lesson text, exercises and platform materials may be used for the registered learner's personal educational purposes. Substantial redistribution, resale or presentation of the materials as another provider's original programme is not permitted.
